Sometimes,
when this world seems to fall apart,
I escape it,
for a while.
I go to my own little world.
Its portal can be found in books,
or just by looking out the window,
simply being lost in thought.
Then I'm there.
Everything is so magical,
I remember coming here everyday as a child.
This world is where my dreams came true
and where nothing was impossible.
As I've gotten older
my little world has gotten harder to reach.
But I always manage to find my way back,
somehow.
My own little world,
called Imagination.

P.S.
So I decided to try out the video setting on my camera. I love the quality! I put some random video clips together on Windows Movie Maker and made this little video. It was really fun to make so hopefully you all enjoy it. :) I would love to make more videos in the future.
So true. My own little world is a place where I retreat to quite frequently. Have you heard Matthew West's song title the same name? It's good.
ReplyDeleteLOVE LOVE LOVE the video :) I'm seriously going to have look into buying a new camera :D
Me too. One of my favorite places to visit. ;) Why, yes I have! I love that song!

ReplyDeleteSadly, it seems the younger generation don't have so much of an imagination of we all did/ still do.
Thank you!
DeleteI couldn't agree more. It so sad to see children always on technology and never discovering the imagination that lies right in front of them. If only they would look up from their devices and see it.
Love the poem! I find it true in my life as well. You have a great eye for photography (:
